"Cheesecake" Springform

The springform 23 cm mould with ceramic plate by Lékué is the perfect combination of platinum silicone and ceramic. 100% platinum silicone, the mould is non-stick and leak-proof. Capacity 2.5 Litres.

The item consists of a silicone mould "belt" and a scratch-resistant ceramic serving plate fitting tightly together and held in place with a sliding clip, which slides out to remove the mould belt as desired to serve.
