The Lékué silicone steam case is made to withstand high cooking temperatures in both the microwave and oven (220°C), it is dishwasher safe and can be reused as many times as needed. The included steam case is in an attractive apple green and also includes a tray to aid in infusing aromas, or to avoid some foods sitting in any excess liquids.
